I'm Hristina - founder of Business as Poetry, mentor, strategist and author. For over 15 years I have worked at the highest levels of international business - building client relationships, developing growth strategy, and leading teams across global markets. I hold a CFA designation and have spent my career at the intersection of financial rigour and human complexity.
Simultaneously - and not separately - I have been building a parallel stream. Exploring Business Energetics, somatic intelligence, Human Design, and embodiment practices. Not as an escape from the corporate world. As a deepening of it.
What I discovered is that these two worlds were never actually separate. I had simply been keeping them in different rooms.
Business as Poetry began as a question: what happens when you bring all of yourself to your work? When the strategic and the intuitive, the analytical and the embodied, the professional and the personal are no longer split - but integrated?
The answer, I found, is not just better business. It is a fundamentally different quality of leadership. One that is sustainable, deeply felt, and genuinely powerful.
I work globally in English and Bulgarian - hosting my podcast, holding the Business as Poetry Circle on Substack, running immersive group programmes and working selectively with individual clients.
This integration is not something I teach from the point of a completed journey. I am living it in real time and I believe that we never cease to evolve. And you are welcome to witness and join me live - in merging our two worlds together.
